"Santas coming to town"
Santa Isobel Blv is located in Pacific Pines of which is a family orientated suburb. Houses in the street have sold in the mid to high 400's. 102 Santa Isobel Blv. is going to be sold at auction by Ray White surfers paradise. It will be interesting to see how much this property will sell for.
