Looking to relocate to Santa Rosa.

I like quiet areas, not too much traffic and street noise, very low crime area. Close to bike trails and parks.

Bennett Valley & Rincon Valley offer great advantages when considering your requests. With Howarth Park, Spring Lake Park & Annadel Park in such close proximity to these areas it is one of the primary draws. Not to mention desirable schools, access to downtown, nearby restaurants, theaters and wineries in both directions within just about a 5-15 minute drive. There are a variety of housing solutions. Prices can range from the low $300's to the $1.5million with a solid pool of choices between $450-850,000.

Luis, you may want to focus on the Annadel Park or Howarth Park areas. There are many entrances to both parks in Bennett Valley. Up in the Park Trail/Annadel Heights areas are very quiet, have little traffic and are close to all tons of trails.

Thank you for sharing the information. How's the weather in Santa Rosa when compared to San Francisco or Davis, CA?

Luis, San Francisco typically has more mild temp changes (40-70) while Santa Rosa can vary (30-100). There are numerous micro climates in other nearby parts of our county as well...just depends on what you prefer...happy to help

Santa Rosa has many terrific neighborhoods to chose from! I moved here in 1988 from the Bay Area and although the population has almost doubled since that time, it has been a great place to live and raise our family!
