"Nice Quiet loop street"
Quiet loop street in leafy Garran, remarkably stable from a home ownership perspective where someone who bought here a decade ago is still one of the more recent arrivals. Great access to walking tracks and ovals. Close to Canberra Hospital and Woden Shopping Centre with good public transport connections. Great sense of community in the street with people looking out for each other without being in your pocket.
