There is, indeed: The Bee Line Bus system. Route 63 runs from Scarsdale to White Plains. Then there is the Route 66 Local which starts in Dobbs Ferry, goes through Scarsdale and on to Larchmont and then New Rochelle. The fare for one bus ride is $2.75 and only exact change or a Metro Card is accepted.
