Moving to Austin road, is it a family friendly area?
Seaford, VIC 3198 is located within the Frankston local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi we are moving into a house on Austin road near Chicquita Ave. Just want to know if is a good place for young family. Also, I heard bad things about Carrum Down and Frankston North, just want to know if that area we are moving to is safe?

Seaford is a wonderful family friendly area. There are a number of great schooling options and kindergartens. The area has playgrounds dotted throughout and fantastic calm beaches.
The train is close by to get you to and from the City if needed, and the freeway is great for access down to the Peninsula.
