moving to Seaford

I'm concerned about the creek in Seaford such as mozzies, smells etc. Does anyone have any feedback about the area?

Melbourne Water has implemented mosquito larvae monitoring and coordinate management actions to control mosquito outbreaks during the warmer months of the year.
- December 2015 ​
Low number of mosquito adults and larvae found at the wetland. This indicated a low risk for mosquito outbreak.
