Seaford Road does carry a lot of traffic and getting in and out of your driveway requires patience especially between 3pm and 5pm. Traffic is very light between 9.00pm and 5.00am so sleeping is not an issue. No different to living on Nepean Hwy or Raiway Parade. If you have a front fence then the positive side is that you can have a gathering in your front yard and play music that is washed away with the traffic noise. Neighbours don't get disturbed by children and they can't listen in on conversations. Beachside Seaford Rd puts you in easy walking distance of the beach, train station, Woolworths and walking trails. If you want to travel, you have the choice of Nepean Hwy of Eastlink which are both close by.
