"Fantastic Clean Relaxed Seaford"

Seaford is a great place to live. All amenities:- Schools, Shops, Train station + Mc Donalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks, Dominoes Pizza, Sushi, Bakery and Noodle shop. A new ambulance station.Local clean upmarket hotel with entertainment and dining. On the run and Caltex service stations.

Walking distance to the beautiful Moana and Seaford beach precinct. Where you can use up all of your phone memory taking shots of beach with it's Turquoise water and beautiful sunsets. Very relaxing to just take a stroll and the locals are very friendly.

Seaford is a quiet relaxed placed to live. I have lived here for 8 months with my family and glad I made the decision to move to this suburb. It is much better than anticipated from research and the local shops are very modern with a number of café's inside including Big W, Cheap As Chips, Foodland, EB Games and Game Traders for the kids just to name a few.

Location:- Close to the city and Victor Harbour approx 35 minutes to both by car and 10 minutes to the wine region of McLaren Vale. This is a holiday seaside destination where you do not need to be on holidays to live here.

A great place to live for anyone.

Looking for a home in Seaford?

"Great affordable seaside suburb!"

I have lived here for over 8 years with my 4 children and we love it! A great place to raise a family, with children's play areas at every turn. Moana beach is lovely & clean, only about a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the heart of seaford. The shopping centre has everything you need in one, compact space - very useful! The new expressway is great for the commute to CBD (it's about a pleasant 40 minute ride away by the expressway). The only downfall of seaford is that there is quite a lot of traffic, on Commercial Road & Griffiths drive in particular. It isn't very safe around those two areas for young children unsupervised. Other than that, we think it is a great place to raise a family or just to live in general, and would recomend this area to others.

Great for

  • Clean beach
  • Shopping centre
  • Lots of children's play areas
  • Affordable housing

"A nice all rounder"

Seaford is the perfect area to live for any age group. With its relaxed atmosphere and local pristine beaches, Seaford offers a location that should be sort after by all.

Seaford offers some high quality cafes and pizza bars that will please any teenager on a Friday night. The houses are very affordable and offer larger blocks then the suburb across the road.

When deciding upon a home I always recommend driving through the area at night and on the weekends. This will give you an idea of what your possible future neighbors are like and you can eliminate any areas that have a high level of parties or late night noise.

If you are new to Adelaide or Australia, Seaford would be the perfect location to be a part of.

"Affordable Established Central"

Well establised area. In fact I can remember as a kid my uncle owned a block of land when Seaford was first established back in the 1970s. It was a wind swept vacant area with no facilities. Hasnt times changed!

"Where old meets new!"

If it is great value for your money you want when buying down south, then Seaford is the place!
This is where the traditional blocks are still available, smaller solid brick homes on large blocks of land. This opens all types of options for your investment in the future. Great for 1st homebuyers and still some bargains that are in need of some tlc. Look ahead and demolish and subdivide you can do it all here. Beautiful streets where pride in your home counts, for example Pilot, Pontoon, Flotilla, Plimsoll, Argosy and Starboard just to name a few. The Beechwood Grove Estate is a lovely little place with great villa homes and central to it all.
We arrived back from the UK and bought on Quadrant Terrace, 2 minute walk to the beach, watch sunsets and
walk down to Moana surf club on a Friday night to have a steak and beer. The local medical centre on Seaford Rd stays open til late, across the road we have a chemist again open til late and all weekend. Next door we have the local IGA Foodland supermarket open 7 days for all your grocery needs.
Seaford Primary School and Seaford 6-12 high school are all nearby along with the library, recreation centre, skate park and the ever expanding Seaford Central Shopping Centre. Add to this the new rail extension and the
duplication of the Southern expressway, Seaford is proving to be a great place to live and a great place to invest.

seaford meadows is walking distance to everything, from shops, doctors, schools and beach.I love the smell of the sea and seeing seagulls and sometimes pelicans flying over. The main park always has kids playing and people actually say hello.
