In fact, all three are amazing! Pick anyone you'd like, in my opinion! Seaford, Moana and Port Noarlunga South are all extremely safe, friendly, clean and quiet. Also there are beautiful homes AND are all in close proximity to the best beaches in SA! Only downside is that the CBD is a bit of a drive, roughly 30-35 minutes, but trust me.
