Is Seaford Rise a safe and friendly neighbourhood?
Of course, the southern suburbs are by far nicer and safer than the northern suburbs, but can someone give me an insight into how Seaford Rise and the surrounding areas are in terms of safety, neighbours, etc? Thank you
