Northern Seaton

Just wondering what is the bad side of the housing trust homes ? My partner and I really like the area Seaton , but we can only afford $400k , so we are looking at northern Seaton .

The bad section of Seaton is literally 2-4 block of the corner of Frederick road and Westlakes boulevard. The rest is very nice and family friendly.
