"Slice of Beach life without Esplanade prices"
Seaview road Henley Beach South is a great spot. The sand dune elevates the properties on the eastern side so in some cases sea views can be enjoyed. Being off the beach front affords more privacy than the Esplanade properties & also takes a bit of the heat out of property prices.
There are some great restaurants on Henley Beach Road, Henley Beach South such as Charminar, Cucina Nova & you can always get a good feed at The Henley Hotel. There are some handy local shops, butcher & green-grocer & good transportation links too.
The southern end of Seaview Road heads towards the outlet at West Beach which is where the Torrens River Linear park hits the sea, a great place for walking & bike riding.
