"A great area undergoing revitalisation"
I have recently moved to the area and have found Sedgeman Avenue to be a welcoming and friendly street with a lovely neighbourhood feel.
The area itself is going through a transformation due to Housing Commission sell off and private homeowners moving in. The stigma of years gone by of violence and drugs however continue to tarnish the area. The views of surrounding bush land are stunning and proximity to services are within minutes; both Illawong Village and Menai Marketplace.
Public transport is nearby, internet access speeds are NBN quality and underground electricity provided.
The area continues to undergo revitalisation and I’m excited to see how the area continues to evolve.
