Is Sellicks Beach safe for families with young children?

Moving from Canada, looking for a safe, quiet place to settle. Will be working at TAE in Adelaide Airport, and commuting. Hoping for reasonable cost of living, but an upscale, or up-and-comming environment. Good, safe schools are most important.

Try Aldinga beach rather than Sellicks beach. I have three young children and this is the better suburb for young families. Too many retirees at Sellicks. Good Luck

We live at Sellicks Beach, with two children aged 7 & 9 and they love the space here to play, it is quiet, with the park down the road and a beautiful beach and only 5 minute drive to Aldinga (for the schools). Lovely area to live, hope all goes well with the move.....
