Do you get hassled by people in Semaphore?
I was looking at a cute little house for sale on Cave Street and was hassled by a someone who was high and looking for money. She yelled abuse and chased me back to the main street. Does this happen often?!

Hi Fuzzy,
That's an unfortunate thing to experience.
There are a lot of laws regarding people asking for money in that area, and the local shopowners are aware. To be honest, I visit a lot of those cafes on the main strip, and most of the locals are very friendly.
It sounds like a very unfortunate incident, and is not a common occurence luckily.
