"Sheoak Crescent, Aberfoyle Park - Everything you will need"
Sheoak Crescent is located in the middle of Aberfoyle Park, and is a lovely tree filled street of approx. 400 metres. The homes are mid 1980 vintage and are all well established with friendly occupant.
The gentle downward slope of the street provides excellent water drainage, and gardens and front yards are well kept.
There is a central easment/reserve that allows easy walking access to Sunnymeade Drive...and the major bus transport routes. It also allows access to the Aberfoyle Park School campus that is ideal for working families who are time poor in the morning!
All in all it's a great address, and proximity to shops, the coast and the schools will make it a very desireable proposition.
