North Shepparton is fairly safe and nice to live in. As long as you're away from Olympic Ave.
Shepparton East is quiet and tucked away depending on how far off the highway you live.
Kialla has nice and modern housing (depending on the street). Sevens and Kialla Lakes are also very nice.
South Shepparton is pretty hit and miss.
