Heard a lot of people put Olympic Avenue as a CON ? WHY?
Thinking of buying real estate around area(not in Olympic Avenue) but off one of the streets running off Olympic Avenue for under 150,000 dollars.
Is this a bad decision since I've seen so many people say that Olympic Av is a CON?

it has a high concentration of public housing, that's the main reason.
