Where to avoid in Shepperton? Such as commision areas

Hi, I will be moving to Shepperton in 2 months for work.
My understanding i need to avoid Olympic Ave.
I am unsure where the south commission area is. Can anyone point the streets I should avoid renting?
Where exactly on Popular Ave is not good?
