"A great street in a great area."
Sherbrooke Avenue is 100 years old in 2010. A great street less than 150m from Glenhuntly Road shops, restauraunts and train station, and far enough away from the Nepean highway to not have too much traffic noise. A mix of architectural styles from 1910 onwards it boasts some beautifully kept gardens and all the benefits of a quiet cul de sac and a great neighbourhood.
It's got bigger houses for growing families, (One resident has lived in the same immaculate house for 70 years.) and is a stones throw from all ameneties.
