"Convenience, great public transport, friendly neighbours, consistent streetscape and quiet street"
Have lived here, and it is a good place to be able to get into the city for work (10 minutes by tram - on both ends of the street, 5-10 minutes by car), good access to amenities and restaurants. The demographics of the street is changing rapidly with many younger families, and kids playing on the streets, and younger couples.
