Absolutely. It is 15 minutes to Seattle and housing costs are much less. The schools are outstanding.

Yes, Shoreline can be drastically cheaper than living within the Seattle city limits. It's still close to Seattle, and with I-5 and Aurora Ave on either side, it's always easy to get downtown.
