Ocean House in Croton-on-Hudson or Peter Pratt's Inn in Yorktown Heights, both of which should be a 15-20 minute drive from Shrub Oak, may be your best bets for good seafood in the area. I'll check around some more and add other restaurants if I hear of any recommendations.
