No, I don't think I can recommend Silver Terrace for singles. First it is a bit far from the more interesting places in San Francisco--though it is pretty close to Bernal and Mission, so I guess that isn't completely true. But this is more one those neighborhoods that is all homes, it desn 'treally have a lot of apartments or cool bars that you can walk to.
It also has a bit of crime problem and isn't all that attractive.
