Kassie, hello again!
Have a quick chat with Ben Connor, I’ve been training with him for years.
He’s based in Camperdown fitness gym,if you don’t mind a bit of drive, he’s great tailoring sessions to suit what you want to achieve.
Otherwise I’m sure he can arrange sessions with you if you prefer to stay local. I know at the moment he is offering free sessions.
