"Close to the beach but with a bush feel"
Since living on simpsons road for almost 5 years. I'm dissapointed to leave, shops are less than 3 kms the beach is only 5 mins away and yet it has that green feel, being surrounded by a stack of native flora and fauna. Its the only place I've lived where it's close to the food and retail but can still have a kangaroo or possums and koala's in the front yard.

"A Beautful Neck Of The Wood"
Having come from acreage, I was looking for a nice quiet place to live. Simpsons Road offers a bush setting and many of the homes on larger than normal blocks. Some of the homes have ocean views.
A great central location but far enough away from the hustle and bustle
