"Longest Street in Benowa Waters"

Sir Bruce Small Boulevard
The longest street and the newest street in Benowa Waters. Comprising of 160 homes. On the right-hand side you will find luxury homes situated on the Main River. On the left-hand side is a mixture of dry blocks and properties situated on the lake.
Entry level to the street would be in the $900s the highest price a staggering $4,2 million
The Street was named after the influential and flamboyant former Gold Coast mayor Sir Bruce Small
