"One of the best streets in West Lakes!"
An extremely well kept street, with an abundance of spectacular gardens and lake views. A park in front of the lake offers a great place to relax or fish. Wide streets offer great parking and traffic noise is a rarity. Neighbours are extremely friendly, with my family knowing the majority of the house owners quite well. Two of our neighbours are bakers, often bringing over pastries and other food, as well as a green grocer owner who is always providing us with fresh fruit and vegetables. Overall, Sir John Marks Drive has a great community feel. A great place to raise a family as it is close to many different public and private schools and is within only minutes of AAMI stadium, 20 minutes of the city, 2 minutes from the West Lakes Shopping Centre and the Reading Cinemas. There are also several restaurants in West Lakes which provide a good in dining and take away experience. Property prices are continually rising, meaning buying in this street is a good investment. Currently we are number two most expensive street in West Lakes, narrowly in front of an equally impressive Martin Court.
