Best Place to go fishing if you don't have a boat

Where does everybody think the best place to go fishing in SA is without a boat?

I tend to go down to Kingston SE off the jetty, and out near the Granites for Surf Fishing. Have also done quite a bit of fishing off the Wallaroo jetty. Have heard that big snapper can be caught at Whyalla, but I've never stopped there to fish. Also heard that Ceduna is a great place to fish
