Best place to live in Tasmania?

Hi! My boyfriend and I are thinking about moving to Tasmania for about 6 months. We are currently in Australia, Melbourne were we will spend a bit of time and I have a one year Visa and we are hoping to live in Tasmania for about 6 months. I was wondering where would be the best place to live? We both love nature, outdoors and hiking and we dont like big cities. The closest we are from nature the better it is. Any suggestions ?
