Have South Hobart's property prices peaked?

there appears to be a bit of a push going on in South Hobart for prices to rise, there certainly was a peak a couple of years ago and a probable correction of around 5% occurred after that, in recent months we are noticing an increase in activity from buyers so if you are looking at entering the market now is probably a good time as it would be likely to see prices increase in then next 12 to 24 months.
