Once that tram line comes up to The Lakes Blvd on Plenty Rd, then you know the end will be insight. But that might be a good couple of decades off...

I’ve lived in South Morang for over 14 years. I don’t think we’ve gone longer than 6 months *total* without roadworks on Plenty Road. So I wouldn’t hold my breath.
