I suffer badly from hayfever season sept-oct-nov each year, is it bad in South West Rocks?

Looking to retire, somewhere quiet, get away from city noise, polution, etc.even though on my own, i would miss some relatives & their kids growing up. Is the area safe & comfortable. does it rain alot their & how hot is it, do you get the ocean breeze, thanks for any information, i should just holiday their, it would get busy like most ocean areas.
