When I looked on the NBN Rollout site, it seems the closest location to Southbank to get it was Carlton. Try looking at this interactive map http://www.nbnco.com.au/when-do-i-get-it/ It would be great if they hurry along, as Kavanagh street has old school cabling, and I can only get under 5M download speeds.. feels like the 80's!
