How do you decide on ratings say compare St Andrews NSW (rated 7) to Mount Annan (rated 328)

Agree - unfortunately , there are a number of Camden suburbs which take themselves too seriously . New estates around Camden are following a "clone" mentality with rows of very similar houses only differentiated by minor superficial structural differences - which makes building /planning considerably cheaper for developers . This is not reflected in the high prices that consumers have to pay. My advice - buy second hand closer to Campbelltown for better value and individually styled houses.
