Definitely! Still affordable as opposed to other areas of Sydney, especially for first home buyers and investors looking to capitalise. It is very family friendly, easy access to main motorways to get anywhere you need to, overall great aesthetic & feel and lots of local amenities.

St Clair is actually a lovely suburb but there was an awful incident quite a few years ago that made it to the media which changed the opinion of many people. It is a great place to live in and I would recommend buying there.
