I remember we had 5 out of 6 houses in a cul-de-sac for sale at one time; Buyers suspected a sinister motivation though it was pure coincidence, as is the case in Salacia Close.
The NSW average for houses listed within a district is generally around 2.75% (I am unsure of the exact statistics at the moment), meaning there should be approx 15 houses for sale on the Island at any given time, currently there are 13, which reflects the tight level of stock most market places are experiencing, it is pure coincidence that 4 of those listings are in Salacia Close that has 30 homes in the street.
As an experienced Real Estate Agent agent selling on St Huberts Island for the past 15 years I have always found Salacia to be a popular location and have successfully sold many homes.
