Looking to rent on bone street, does anyone have any insight on the street/area?

I’d say the street seems fine - I’ve driven down there a few times. I haven’t heard of any problems on the St James crime prevention fb group about that street. I don’t think St James has more issues than most other suburbs. It’s quite a leafy suburb with a mix of old and new houses, a mix of age groups (inc international students at Curtin and plenty of retirees) and close to lots of shops. There’s quite an active fb community including “buy nothing” and “Bentley, St. James, Wilson Community Board”. Hope this helps and good luck with your move!
