No there are no 24 hour pharmacies in St. James. The local pharmacy in town is Spages located at 471 Lake Avenue. They are opened Monday to Friday 9AM to 9 PM. On weekends they are opened Saturday 9AM to 7PMand Sunday till 5PM. They are a family run pharmacy and are very helpful! If you need a 24 hour pharmacy I think the closest one is the CVS at 4331 Nesconset Highway in Port Jefferson.
