Has anyone ever camped at Mills-Norrie Park? What was the experience like?
We'd like to try camping in one of the state parks next month or in September.

I camp there every chance I get have platform sites but my favorite sites are 44 & 48

I think Mills-Norrie is actually a fantastic park. It's pretty clean, with just a bit of trash on occasion from other campers, but nothing horrendous. RVs are okay there, though I don't use an RV when camping. I did feel the campsites were only moderately sized, so if you want a lot of room you might not get it, but it also wasn't overly busy so it's not like it mattered. It does get loud though. I was with a loud group so it wasn't a big bother to me, but I normally like to relax in the peace and quiet of a park, and this is not the park for peace and quiet.
