Are the duplexes on Stanhope Parkway noisy?
There are a few rentals available on Stanhope parkway, I'm curious as to why they are available as the rent is moderate and it's easy walking to the shopping village, buses and the leisure complex.
Any info on the suburb would be fab, couple with young baby.

The rent is 'moderate'? you say......not sure about that to be totally honest. This is one place that lots of people would love to live, but well out of reach.
The sub is perfect, I have lived here for 11 years, nothing happens in Stanhope Gardens, it is mainly professionals that live here. Great place :) seriously.
