"Very quiet, leafy suburb"
Great street. Very quiet. Everyone is really friendly without making you feel like people are living in your pocket. Is a cul de sac so there is almost no traffic as there is only 6 properties on the street. Very close to Samford Village (4 mins), 12 mins drive to Ferny Grove train station. Close enough to amenities but a still feels like a quiet and secluded area. Can't recommend it highly enough.
