"It's a great life here"
There are countless advantages to life in Wurtulla:
- between Wurtulla beach and Lake Kawana
- Wurtulla beach is the best I have seen
- Lake Kawana is not only peaceful and beautiful, it makes many water activites very accessible
- the neighbourhood is very quiet (Nicklin Way is occasionally heard but it is just a background noise)
- close to small shopping centres or large shopping centres - take your pick
- the neighbours have been friendly and quiet for many years
- just over the road is the Kawana Waters Bowls Club making entertainment and dining very close
- having lived in Stern Drive for years I can say that the Bowls Club is not a noisy neighbour at all
- the bus stop is about three minutes walk away
- it's only a half hour drive to find yourself in the Blackall Range with all of its facilities and activities
I don't believe there is a better place to live than here in Wurtulla.
