New Secure unit being built in Stoneville?
Stoneville, WA 6081 is located within the Mundaring local government area, part of the Perth (Greater) Region in Western Australia.
I was wondering whether anyone has any information regarding the new secur unit being built in Stoneville. The units due to be operational by January 2011.
I'm a fully qualified residential worker based in Scotland. I have a young family and would be interested in moving out to WA.
Any information would be greatly appreciated about living in Stoneville and the surrounding area,

I'm not sure I know what you mean. Are you talking about secure units for people or storage or ??
I see there are some ads in JobSeeker online but I can't say that I know anything about a facility in Stoneville. If I find out something, I'll be sure to post on it...

Sorry about the confusion,
The secure unit is basically a chidrens group care home that provides care and education for some of socities most vulnerable children.
The secure homes are a new venture for the Australian Government as children in Australia have previously been accomodated within foster care or large instituations such as Quarriers homes etc. The outlook changed following scandals of abuse within foster homes and as such th WA Government realised they didnt have anywhere else to place children (hence the new approach to looking after at risk kids) this is based on a British model as the UK faced similar problems of scandal and abuse! during the 1970s and more recently the 1990s until the present day.
Although this initial querey dosent relate directly to real estae the reason behind my post was two fold, firstly info on The ecure Unit and secondly info on property and related prices.
