Why is there no transport to Adelaide from Strathalbyn?

We live in Finniss so Strathalbyn would be ok, not satifactory though as we do still commute to adelaide, for to and from adelaide services. this would make living here even better, less people in cars and all that goes with that eg accidents-petrol-less emergency service need, as strathalbyn has a 8 rating as a place to live with estates opening up with affordable housing (still the australian dream) good pubs, cafes, getaway places to stay, halfway stopto the coorong and so on. big ask i know but i would like a responce to this at your convenience. kind regards bianca dobson
