Is it hard to build in Subiaco?
We're looking at an old cottage and want to demolish it and build new. Is the Subiaco council really hard to work with like say fremantle or east fremantle or are they more lenient. I don't want to buy a place for a million bucks then find out I can't touch anything. Any advice would be great.

Building in Subiaco precinct can be challenging so it is wise to select an architect/designer and builder who are familiar with the Subiaco building by laws
