It is a beautiful suburb, with beautiful big houses where residents take pride in their homes, manicured gardens. It is located right next to Fairfield Farm and Parklands, which is great for walking and bike riding; it is safe and peaceful, close to major motor ways, Stocklands is only 10min away.
and, i am glad that is not so close to Cabra, it is clean and immaculate!

Great suburb with nice parks, shops and a great place to have a coffee.
Also has a great Vet.
Big houses on big blocks - it is the desirable suburb in the local area.

A great area to bring up the family. It is very clean and people take a great pride in maintaining their homes and the neighborhood in general. House prices reflect the quality of the houses here and the size of the land (big!). It is next to the fabulous Western Sydney Parklands where we go all the time for a picnic and bike ride. Stockland Wetherill Park Shopping Centre is only 10 minutes car ride away.

High quality houses, great block sizes, great neighbors and all residents take pride in their properties.

Great suburb for raising kids and property prices are always high as the demand for houses in this area is high.

Regional Park, IGA, M7, Abbotsbury has it all! Close to Cabra but not close enough, this suburb shines from a hole!!
