Reviews of Albion Park Rail, NSW
"Nice suburb"
Suburb that is on the water (Koona Bay), close to Albion Park train station, 7 minute drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Stocklands. This suburb is the most central suburb of Shellharbour City Council.

"Lovely little suburb close to everything but still affordable"
Travelling down from Penrith to visit a close friend who has been living in Albion Park Rail for years. It is a really nice and quiet area especially for those streets close to the water (Koona bay) , northern-side of the train line. I enjoyed in taking my 4 years old for the easy walk along the lake and let her to have some fun in playing the equipment at Wilson Memorial Park. The weather is lovely with coastal breeze, which I missed the most since living in the out western Sydney. It is a convenient location with train station nearby and shops not too far away. Now thinking if I should sell my townhouse in Penrith for a new one here for a better life style.
