"Home for the past 4 years"
Our street in Avenell Heights is quiet but it is in the better part of the neighborhood. Downside is the neighbors tend to keep to themselves and it could be very lonely for a person on their own. Handy to the local park which is great for exercise, and handy to locals shops so you could live without a car if you had to.
