"Lifestyle Chasers"
Avondale is located on the northern side of Bundaberg and approx 20mins from the CBD. It is a mixture of commercial farming and lifestyle properties. The Kolan River is easily accessed from Avondale and divides Avondale and Moorlands & Bucca.
Avondale township comprises of a pub, a primary school and the local roadhouse acts as a convenience & petrol station.
Properties in the township are predominantly on 1012sqm blocks and further afield 5 acres plus.
